FAQ
How much does cleaning cost?
Your quote is based on the size of the property, the services you need, the condition of the surfaces and access. Send your city and a few photos for a free, property-specific estimate. There is no obligation to book.
Do you come to our property?
Yes. Wiped Clean is a mobile service: we bring the cleaning equipment to your business or home. You can request a quote online, call or text; we will confirm the scope and schedule before a visit.
Can I combine services in one visit?
Yes. Ask for solar panels, windows, bird proofing, pressure washing or trash can cleaning together. We will confirm which services can be completed in the same visit and include them in your quote.
Do you offer regular commercial cleaning?
Yes. We can discuss repeat visits for storefronts, commercial properties and homes. The frequency depends on your property, how quickly dirt returns and your preferred schedule.
Does rain clean solar panels?
Rain can rinse off some loose dust, but it can leave behind stuck-on dirt and bird droppings. If your panels have visible buildup, ask about a cleaning visit. Any change in output depends on your system and its condition.
Which areas do you serve?
We serve Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire and northern San Diego County, including Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Fontana, Riverside, Anaheim, Irvine and San Clemente. See our Service Areas page for the complete coverage map.
Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
That depends on the services and access. Tell us about locked gates, interior windows, pets and any building requirements. We will agree on access and attendance when scheduling.
How do I send property photos?
Use the photo upload in the quote form, or text photos to (657) 708-7350. A wide shot and close-ups of the areas that need attention help us assess the job. Ground-level photos are enough to get started.
What is bird proofing?
Bird proofing uses barriers around the panel array to discourage birds from getting underneath. Share photos of the panel edges and any bird activity so we can discuss mesh, deterrents and cleanup options for your property.
How do you plan a roof cleaning?
We review height, access, the panel make and any manufacturer care instructions before agreeing on the work. Mention existing damage, delicate surfaces or special site requirements in your request. See Safety & Process for more details.
